Seminar in Atyrau City Court
In the second part of the President`s Message of the Republic of Kazakhstan K. Tokayev “Constructive public DIALOGUE - the foundation of stability and prosperity of Kazakhstan," the people of Kazakhstan from September 2, 2019 says about the purpose of ensuring the rights and security of citizens, serious reforms in the judicial and law enforcement system as a main factor in protecting the rights of our citizens and to enhance their security.
The event was attended by the judge of the Atyrau Regional Court A. Salikhova, the representative of the Chambers of Legal Advisers of the Atyrau Region, the representative of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken" O. Rzabekova, and students of the specialty Jurisprudence of the Atyrau State University named after Kh. Dosmukhamedov. At the seminar N.A. Iskakov,the chairman of the Atyrau City Court, noted that the main goal of the measures is the modernization of the judicial system, increasing the confidence of citizens in the judicial system, pre-trial settlement of disputes, the provision of advanced electronic services, providing opportunities for the introduction of modern formats in the work of courts.
During the event, the Head of the Chancellor E. Tulepbergenova told the audience about how to use the Electronic Service "Court Office" launched in the judicial system and the mobile application "TrueConf", introduced within the framework of the project "Virtual Court". At the end of the meeting, students got acquainted with the halls of the court session equipped with audio and video documents, visited the Reconciliation Office, the Family Court, the Front Office, received the necessary information for training.
