Acceptance of documents for study within the framework of academic mobility at the expense of budgetary funds from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the autumn semester of the 2023-2024 academic year

Who can participate: students of bachelor’s studies studying on a  grant with a GPA above 2.5 and an English language level of at least B2 (Upper - intermediate).

Accepting applications until May 16, 2023 (inclusive)

The number of grants: 9 places in European partner universities.

What the grant covers: flight to the country of study and back, visa fee, insurance, housing.

The decision on the distribution of grants is made by the public commission.

The country and university of study will be finally determined after the selection of grant holders by a public commission.

To participate, you must provide the following documents:

1. Copy of the passport;

2. Photos ¾ (6 p)

3.Official transcript of current academic performance (obtained from the Registrar's Office);

4. A document confirming the level of foreign language proficiency

▪️IELTS certificate (if there is),

5. Application for participation in the competition for studying abroad;

6. Questionnaire of a person leaving to study abroad;

7. A document on the composition of the family, to confirm the student's family with many children (if any);

8. A document confirming the absence of the student's parents (for the category of students belonging to orphans or students left without parental care (if any);

9. A document confirming the student's disability (if available).

10. Medical certificate (075 and 072)

11. Certificate of incriminability, psychoneurologic dispensary, narcological dispensary

12. Parent agreement application

13. 20-digit student bank account

14.Copy of diploma, certificate, appreciation

15.Motivation letter (350 words -in Russian and English)

 Please submit documents in 1 folder (plastic, with a transparent top), in room 265.

 Documents are accepted until May 16, 2023, inclusive.
