INFORMATION LETTER

On March 31, 2022, JSC «International Information Technology University» holds the III International Student Scientific and Practical Conference "Youth Digital Forum YDF-2022".
The goal of the conference: development of research potential in the younger generation. Within the framework of the conference, it is planned to discuss achievements, innovations and practical issues of the application of modern information and communication technologies in various fields.

On March 31, 2022, JSC «International Information Technology University» holds the III International Student Scientific and Practical Conference "Youth Digital Forum YDF-2022".

The goal of the conference: development of research potential in the younger generation. Within the framework of the conference, it is planned to discuss achievements, innovations and practical issues of the application of modern information and communication technologies in various fields.

Section IV «Intelligent Systems»

Section V «Mathematical and Computer Modeling»

Section VI «Digital Technologies in Economics and Management»

Section VII «Digital Technologies in Mass Media»

Section VIII «The World of Language: Theory, Practice, Innovations»

The conference is open for students, and post-graduate students of all universities. Conference participants will be given certificates. The best reports will be awarded with diplomas.

To participate in the conference, you should send the following to the conference organizing committee (ijict@iitu.edu.kz) by March 10, 2022:

- application for participation in the conference;

- article for publication (from 3 to 5 pages);

- recommendation of the scientific advisor, signed and certified by the seal of the organization (attached as a separate file).

Within 3 working days after receiving the materials, the author is sent an email notification of receipt of the materials, and within 10 working days – a notification of the results of their review.

Registration fee for participation in the conference: for students of the International Information Technology University – free of charge; for students of other universities – 4000 tenge. Payment is made after receiving confirmation of acceptance of the article from the organizing committee.

ATTENTION!

If you have not received confirmation of the receipt of electronic materials and the results of their review within the above-mentioned time frame, PLEASE contact the conference organizers by e-mail! Otherwise, claims for inclusion of materials in the Conference Proceedings will not be accepted.

The conference organizing Committee reserves the right to reject the articles submitted outside the main areas of the conference or which do not meet the formatting requirements.

Materials submitted after the deadline or not executed in accordance with the requirements will not be considered and will not be returned.

The conference materials will be published after the conference in the «International Journal of Information and Communication Technologies» of JSC «International Information Technology University» (ISSN: 2708-2032 (print), ISSN: 2708-2040 (online)), the electronic version of the issue will be available on the Journal's website.
