Duymagambetova Sandu Duymaganbetovna graduated from the Oraz Issayev Secondary School (later Zhambyl) in Guryev (1938). She worked as the first secretary of the Guryev city Committee of the Komsomol, a lecturer of the regional party committee.
She graduated from the S. M. Kirov Kazakh State University, then postgraduate studies (1949). Senior lecturer of the Kazakh State University, Kazakh Medical Institute, Women's Pedagogical Institute, associate professor, senior researcher of the Academy of Sciences of the Kazakh SSR. Rector of the Guryev Pedagogical Institute (now - Kh.Dosmukhamedov Atyrau State University) (1969-1972).
Candidate of Chemical Sciences, Associate Professor.
She was awarded several medals and Certificates of Honor of the Supreme Soviet of the Kazakh SSR.
