Kunkhozhayev Nazhman Razakhovich – (Aralsk, Kyzylorda region, born on 25.12.1929) - graduated from the History Department of the S. M. Kirov Kazakh State University, majoring in history, Higher Party School (1963-1965).
Director of the secondary school of the Bugun village of the Aral district of the Kyzylorda region (1953-1957), director of the secondary school No. 453 of the Saksaul station. Deputy head of the Oblono (1958-1961), instructor of the regional party committee (1961-1963), head of the lecture group (1965), vice-rector for Academic Affairs of the Kyzylorda Pedagogical Institute and concurrently-head of the Department of Philosophy and Scientific Communism (1965-1986).
Candidate of Historical Sciences (1966), Doctor (1972).
Rector of the Guryev Pedagogical Institute (now - Kh.Dosmukhamedov Atyrau State University). (1983-1986). currently, he is a professor at the Abay Kazakh National Pedagogical University.
He was awarded the Order "Kurmet", the medal "For Labor heroism".
