The department of youth policy of Atyrau university named after Kh. Dosmukhamedov held a meeting with the poet, honored worker of Kazakhstan, laureate of the state prize, winner of the international award "Alash", holder of the orders "Kurmet", "Otan" Akushtap Baktygereeva, who is affectionately called by the people the "white seagull of the Urals". Akushtap Baktygereeva is a prominent representative of modern Kazakh poetry, the author of numerous poetry collections: "Orimtal", "Naz", "Kuanyshym inkarim", "Seni oylaimyn", "Ak kanat", "Bakyt ani", "Zhaiyk kyzy", "Belokrylaya", "Akzhelen", "Sumbile", "Ak shagala". At a meeting at the university, the poet read poems and stories about honoring national values, upbringing, the role of mothers in society, shared her opinion on topical issues, and answered students' questions. The meeting made a positive impression on the students.
