The subject Olympiad is held by the faculty of physics, mathematics and information technology of Atyrau university named after Kh. Dosmukhamedov. About 200 students of secondary schools of Atyrau region and Atyrau city take part in the olympiad. The winners and students who won prizes at the end of the olympiad, in accordance with the standard rules for admission to higher education organizations, will be provided with educational grants and various benefits in tuition fees in the specialties "B009 - Mathematics teacher training", "B010 - Physics teacher training", "B011 - Computer science teacher training", "B054 - Physics", "B055 - Mathematics and statistics", "B057 - Information technology", "B076 - Standardization, certification and metrology (by industry)".
