On behalf of the minister of science and higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sayasat Nurbek, a group of scientists at the operational headquarters in Atyrau region was replenished with professionals and experts from other regions of the country.Scientists offer effective scientific-based ways to protect the city from flooding on the Ural river.Deputy chairman of the committee for quality assurance in the field of science and higher education Artur Edilkhanov met with representatives of the Akimat of Atyrau, introduced to preventive measures.Scientists are going to study the issue of diverting additional channels and old channels to reduce the amount of flood water coming from the Ural river.
