Psychological development-oriented training
On October 15, a motivational seminar-training on "Leadership and development of leadership skills in education managers" was held.
The purpose of the training is to develop leadership, management skills of participants, to reveal all areas of personal growth. It also awakens the qualities of courage and aspiration. The moderator of the seminar is a teacher of "Psychology and Special Education", Master Sultangaliyeva Aigul Ekibayevna.
During the seminar, it was emphasized that in order to be a leader, it is not necessary to be born a leader, to have innate charisma, to be famous and official, to have a high rank, these qualities come with experience.
The first part began with the game "Tower". To develop leadership and teamwork, they were required to place specially designed boxes on top of each other.
The second part continued with the psychological method "Animal that does not exist in the world" in order to determine the ability to think and personality. In this section, participants drew a picture of an unknown animal that does not belong to the animal world. At the end of the game, the participants' personal qualities, personalities and abilities were described through their drawings.
And in the final part, "Wish yourself", the participants played a game to determine their attentiveness by wishing for themselves. This section identified the individual memory and quick comprehension skills of each participant.
At the end of the seminar, participants warmly congratulated each other and took a memorable photo. The training was full of useful and useful information for the development of leadership and attentiveness, as well as for the development of personal qualities.
