Students of the specialty "history" of Atyrau university named after Khalel Dosmukhamedov on April 4-5, 2024 on the basis of the West Kazakhstan university named after M. Utemisov in Uralsk took part in the XV Republican student olympiad of students of higher educational institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the educational program "6B01601- "history" on the topic: "ULUS OF JOCHI IN THE HISTORY OF THE KAZAKH COUNTRY: ESSENCE AND MEANING", where they received prizes. At the student olympiad, which took place in three stages, honing their pedagogical skills, students defended their joint projects and performed tests. 11 teams from different universities took part in this olympiad. At the two-day group stage of the knowledge contest, our team of Atyrau university "Saraishyk" became the best result. In particular, the Saraishyk team, which included university students Dana Abatkyzy, Abai Taipak, Akniet Akymgalieva, Bektas Shopanuly, managed to show their knowledge at the group stage. According to the head of the Saraishyk team, Amangelda Zainov, who prepared the team for the subject student olympiad, noted that this subject olympiad, which is traditionally held, is of great importance. "We must instill in the younger generation love for the Motherland, country, land and respect for the older generation," says the head of the Saraishyk team, senior lecturer Amangeldy Zainov. It should also be added that during the olympiad, teachers and students were presented with the museum of the ZKU, a tour of the historical sites of the city of Uralsk was conducted.
