Today is the International book donation day
The director of the scientific library, Zhomart Ibatollauly Mukhambetov, who held the event, told about the history of the day to the participating readers, noting the importance of the event. The guest of the meeting was professor of the department of history of Kazakhstan and world history Amangeldy Shamgonuly. He talked about the main advantages of reading books. He also added that reading books improves brain functions such as memory, attention and concentration. The participants of the meeting shared their stories of reading books, talked about the latest books they had read, and they also recommended reading these interesting books.
At the end of the event, the organizers presented books to all participants on this wonderful festive day.
