4. For an exit visa, a court order or an extract from the excluding order 

5. To fill out an invitation, an application addressed to the Vice President and signed, and 0,5 MCI (1326 + additionally banking services) to the university account

 6.Visa is not charged from persons of Kazakh nationality (reference)
