Jumamukhambetov Jangirkhan was born in 1957 in the village of Volzhsky, Privolzhsky district, Astrakhan region, into a working-class family. In 1963 he entered the secondary school in the village of Volzhsky and graduated in 1974. In 1975, he entered the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics of the Guryev Pedagogical Institute as a full-time student and graduated from the institute in 1979 with a degree in physics teacher.
      Leader of schoolchildren's scientific projects. Chairman of the jury of the regional Olympiad, competition of scientific projects, robotics competitions.
     Head of the Department of Physics and Technical Disciplines, Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Associate Professor, Honorary Worker of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, author of more than 60 articles, scientific direction: semiconductors and photonics.
