The Vice-Rector for Science of the Atyrau State University named after Kh. Dosmukhamedov S.N. Idrissov explained the importance of the formation of Kazakhstani patriotism, national consciousness, the role of the Leader of the Nation in the formation and development of the independent state of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Then, the deputy of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sarsenbay Kurmanuly made a report on the role of the First President - Leader of the Nation N.A.
