"SCIENCE WEEK -A PLATFORM FOR JOINT PRACTICE"
January 16 at Atyrau University named after H. Dosmukhamedov launched a Science Week on the theme "The development of science is the key to the competitiveness of the country." The week lasted until January 20. At the opening of the week, the Chairman of the Management Board, Rector of the University, Professor S. N. Idrissov, made a welcoming speech, who introduced the general purpose and progress of the Week. Vice-Rector of the University for Science and International Relations, PhD E. K. Aybuldinov made a report on "changes and additions to the legislation in the field of scientific activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan", discussed the changes made to the legislation and noted the importance. Also, on the topic " Preparation of articles for publication in rating scientific journals " were presented the reports of the Acting Director of the Department of Science Bakirbekov A.M.," acquaintance with the rating of world universities QS: points of development of Atyrau University named after Kh. Dosmukhamedov " Amangazieva M. K., Director of the Department of Strategic, Innovative and International Development. The Week of science continued within the framework of the "Science cafe" with a meeting "the benefits of the Bolashak scientific internship and the expected contribution to the development of scientific educational activities of the university" with University scientists who have completed an internship under the Bolashak program. Scientists of the University, Elezhanova Sh. and L. Kurmangazieva, who completed the internship, shared their experiences and discoveries. On January 18, a meeting was held with the famous historian, PhD, postdoctoral fellow of Atyrau University Zh.M. Sabitov. Zh. M. Sabitov is the only scientist in national historical science combining historical research with genetics, with a high index in international publications. During the meeting, historians and undergraduates received answers to their questions and made many suggestions. The main purpose of the meeting is to exchange views with university history teachers on the basis of Science Week and create various joint projects and publications to increase the scientific potential of the university. To do this, we hope that university scientists, together with Zh. M. Sabitov, will hone their experience of publishing in international publications. During the week, meetings and seminars were held, coaching sessions on the management of faculties on the development of the university's strategy, relevant areas of scientific research.
I believe that this week of science is a great importance for our educational institution.
