A foresight session was held on the topic "A look from the inside: the competencies of a future teacher"
As part of the implementation of the Mamandygym - Bolashagym project, a team of our teachers trained at the foresight school on the basis of the Atyrau University of Oil and Gas named after S. Utebayev. According to the program of the methodological decade at our university, on January 12, 2023, a foresight session was held on the topic "An inside look: the competencies of a future teacher".
The participants got acquainted with the foresight methodology. Immersion in this technology was carried out under the guidance of Suleimenov Zh.U., Bisalieva Sh.S., Dariskalieva M.S. The participants worked to identify trends in the modern system of pedagogical education. The main tool and field of activity for the participants of the foresight session was the map of the future.The trends we have been working with: increased use of open online resources, increased demand for additional vocational training, digitalization, bilingual education, changing the role of the teacher in the educational process, etc. Using the cards trends, threats and opportunities, technologies, formats, participants filled out and placed cards on the map. The final stage of the work was the discussion, the participants asked questions to the speakers.
