Tokayev instructed to introduce an effective system of support and employment of disabled people.In this regard, the Scientific Library of Atyrau University named after Kh. Dosmukhamedov has installed and launched a training machine to ensure access to the educational process for blind and visually impaired students.This equipment has the ability to scan documents or articles with books in seconds and read aloud with high-quality voice.Atyrau University named after Kh.
