NATURE PROTECTION IS A COMMON TASK
On May 13, in the cultural and Sports Complex "Zhaiyk" of Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University, a round table on Environmental Protection and ecology was held with the participation of Deputies of the Atyrau regional maslikhat, competent institutions, environmental management companies, nature lovers on the theme "On ecology and environmental management".
Environmental safety is important for every person. The Basic Law of the country also states that "The state aims to protect the environment favorable for human life and health". The preservation of nature and the environment is the responsibility not only of the state, but also of citizens. The right of a person to a favorable environment is enshrined in various laws and regulations. The head of state also constantly pays attention to this issue, for example, in his address "Kazakhstan in a new situation: a stage of action", he noted that "Environmental protection and environmental development are a priority for our country. The entire civilized world is dealing with this issue. We can't stay away from such a mass trend". The environmental problems of Atyrau region are of concern to nature lovers from year to year. Our country joined the Rio de Janeiro Declaration, adopted at the United Nations conference in Brazil in 1992 on environmental development. The main goal is to preserve the natural resources of our country for the future, to protect the natural environment favorable for people to live in.
During the meeting, they talked about the protection of the environment, the ecology of the homeless.
The meeting was attended by the secretary of Atyrau regional maslikhat Alibek Nautiev, members of the Standing Commission of Atyrau regional maslikhat on Ecology, Environmental Management and agriculture, public activists who are closely engaged in environmental issues, made reports, made suggestions and comments on the environmental situation in the region.
In connection with the epidemiological situation, the round table, organized in an online format, also asked questions from the participants of the ZOOM platform and received exhaustive answers.
At the meeting, the opinions of each party on environmental issues of concern to society were heard, and open thoughts were expressed. Protection of nature is the task of all of us. The meeting on ecology ended with the hope that local government bodies, Deputies of maslikhats, and heads of competent institutions will not ignore the proposals and opinions expressed.
