The University hosted an online opening ceremony of language courses, organized by the Department of International Partnership and Internationalization in the framework of a joint project with the Akimat of Atyrau region. At the solemn event, the Chairman of the Board-Rector of the University Salamat Idrissov congratulated the students-volunteers and participants on the opening of the course and wished them to continue the event. The event was attended by the head of the Department for the Development of Languages of the Atyrau region Akimat Kystaubayeva Asiya Bayanovna and her deputy Kuanysh Aigul Bazarbaevna, who presented special methodological materials and books for language courses. The General Consul of the Republic of Turkey in Aktau, Muzaffer Akiildirim, took part and noted that this year was declared the Year of Yunus Emre and the Turkish Language by the Turkish state. He expressed a desire to implement joint projects in this direction.

The organizers of the language courses are young students-volunteers of our university. Kazakhstan is a young state, where there are a lot of young people. Young people are the driving force of society. The Head of State K. Zh. Tokayev noted that every state body should create conditions for the self-realization of young people and support their positive initiatives. In turn, we would like to add that we will support the ideas of the student volunteers and we are sure that they will improve their experience by teaching you.
