History

           Since October of the 2019-2020 academic year, the Department of "Civil law disciplines" was reorganized by the decision of the Academic Council of the University. The Department prepares bachelors in the specialty 5B030100-Law and in the educational program of 2019-6B04201-Law, 6B04203-international law. The Department has a staff of candidates of science, masters, senior teachers, a total of 20 teachers-professors. Tasks of the Department:

            - wide use of methods and forms of teaching, scientific and methodological materials in the process of teaching students;

            - combination of theoretical bases of training and practical skills, conducting professional training of students;

           - improving the level of professional training of students;

           - testing and preparation of scientific and methodological materials, forms and methods of training;

           - formation of professional competence of students' activities;

           - education of students based on the principles of law, justice, and the permanent rule of human and civil rights and freedoms.

            The qualitative staff of the Department is engaged in theoretical, methodological and special training of future lawyers.             

           Specialty 5B030100-Law, 6B04201-Law is aimed at training specialists with fundamental theoretical knowledge and skills focused on professional solutions to complex problems in the field of law, based on the areas of specialization in the educational program.

           Specialty 5B030100-Law, 6B04201-Law is aimed at training specialists with fundamental theoretical knowledge and skills focused on professional solutions to complex problems in the field of law, based on the areas of specialization in the educational program. In particular:

           - Enforcement authorities;

            - Special state bodies;

           - Judicial, Executive and representative bodies of state power and administration;

            - State and non-state enterprises;

           - Public institution;

           - Enforcement authorities;

           - Bar;

           - Financial institution;

            - Insurance and audit companies

           Educational program 6B04203-international law expands employment opportunities, created at the intersection of studying the norms of Kazakh legislation, as well as the law of international public and international civilization, i.e. the student has the opportunity to implement both an international law specialist and a specialist of Kazakhstan law.

            6B04203-a student who has completed the educational program of international law, has the opportunity to work in various fields of legal activity. In particular:

           - consular and diplomatic missions;

            - international corporation;

           - Ministry of foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

           - bar;

            - Prosecutor's offices;

            - enforcement authorities;

           - international human rights organizations;

           - judicial, Executive and representative bodies of state power and administration; 

           - enforcement authorities.

           - legal departments in various organizations (corporations, LLPs, banks, etc.);

           - representation in courts;

           - insurance companies and other financial institutions

            For the purpose of professional education and training of qualified specialists for students, joint scientific research, the graduates are sent to the Prosecutor's office of Atyrau region, the Department of justice of Atyrau region, the Department of internal Affairs of Atyrau regional Collegium of lawyers of Atyrau regional Department of Committee for legal statistics and special records of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Atyrau region, the specialized administrative court of Atyrau city, specialized Inter district court on Affairs of minors of the Atyrau region, the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan POS Oct 2019-2020 academic year by the Academic Council of the University was reorganized, the Department "civil law disciplines". The Department prepares bachelors in the specialty 5B030100-Law and in the educational program of 2019-6B04201-Law, 6B04203-international law.
